Towards a higher level of mankind

Our 'brain' is the only place where we put up the crown. It holds ample of vital sites where the major functioning of our body occur. The hypothalamus and the pituitary decide our happy and sad states. The amygdala being the emotion centre of the brain and the hormones secreted by them regulate our go-to activities. Delicate yet the strongest of all, that can bring you tears after a hard laughter, a headache after a happy day. Hormones control everything. So, can we respect this delicacy? Well, It's time to befriend our mind. Trust me, it'll be fun. We've been always stressing it out and adding up additional workload over it. But now we got to feed it something really good. We'll probably gift it the most beautiful thing :) I think we should live our life at a subtle level. Most of the times, what we think, what we feel and what we act aren't synchronous with each other. Only mind can allow us to allign these factors. Now this isn't just the 'raw min...

                Shades of smile–😄 Violet Indigo Blue Green Yellow Orange Red Indigo- Have some sweets, It's a girl..!! The happy as well as rich colour emerged as if a colour of indigo is spread all around. The charm was inevitable and so were the parents to be. Such a wonderful feeling it is to get bathed in those royal hues. Blue- It's a goal..!! They screamed. The happiness, the joy, the delight was oh so at it's level high. The sky was filled with bright blue as if it was built to celebrate many triumphs. Green- "Daddy, let's go!! We're already late. We need to reach there before sunset", the happy child exclaimed. They made their way through the forest, the cascades, the hills, deep slopes, long tress, fresh lakes, fresh rains, wet animals and so on. Though you got a name 'Touch Me Not', but you know along with your name comes the facts and idealologies of mankind who are always up for a 'ping'. No matter what! They're gonna ping you everytime instead of reading your 'Name Plate'. But hey, don't you worry. Give me a high-fi; since we're on the same page. Health isn't something we opt for but are blessed with. Yet we tend to take our body for granted. We definitely entered this world with 3 main entities, a physical body, mental capability and a pure soul. We'll leave it with the same three things but what if we leave it in it's purest form the way we received it at birth? Value your body the way you always want yourself to be valued by others. (Bitter yet true) Here's the 10 bullet points you ought to remember - 1. Be kind 2. Inculcate self acceptance 3. Stop being judgemental or fault finder 4. Stop shaming others 5. Start sharing a bit from YOURS 6. Grow everyday 7. Learn healthy habits 8. Self discover 9. Love your people 10. Go with the flaws!

They say stop being so fierce, you'll fall someday; Stop being so light-hearted, you'll definitely cry someday; Stop being so silent, you'll end up feeling insecure someday; Stop being so outspoken, you'll be left alone someday; Stop being so helpful, you'll be left unmentioned someday; Stop being so selfish, you'll get into a bad phase someday; Stop sharing your love, you'll lose your worth someday; Just stop growing, you won't reach higher anymore. They're meant to interrupt, pull you down and get those bitter things out on you. It's all about the correct actions one can perform at the correct time. Ultimately, we humans are an amalgamation of different things we notice on a regular basis. We aren't habitual to a kind. We're diverse. We're adaptive. That's what makes us the strongest of all. Acceptance of flaws is definitely what we need so badly today!
