Health isn't something we opt for but are blessed with. Yet we tend to take our body for granted. We definitely entered this world with 3 main entities, a physical body, mental capability and a pure soul. We'll leave it with the same three things but what if we leave it in it's purest form the way we received it at birth? Value your body the way you always want yourself to be valued by others. (Bitter yet true)

5. Start sharing a bit from YOURS

7. Learn healthy habits

I think there's a massive pressure on all of us to 'be someone' and we are terrified of being a nobody. Yet we embark on these paths like jealousy, hatred, greed, anger, hurt, pain, abuse. There's nothing coming out of it unless we start using them to make ourselves 'seen', blanketing it with the fact that we are 'serving others'- but actually we are serving ourselves with the most disruptive thing ever. What you serve is what you get. First and foremost, be the constructive kind of giver. The more you give, more comes back to you and the best way to have is to give. Be a giver; a giver of love, happiness, compassion, smile, care, hope. Empathize yourself and stretch a hand towards goodwill.
